第１条　適用範囲

1. 当館が宿泊客との間で締結する宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めのない事項については、法令又は一般に確立された慣習によるものとします。
2. 当館が、法令及び慣習に反しない範囲で特約に応じたときは、前項の規定にかかわらず、その特約が優先するものとします。

Article 1. Scope of Application

1. Contracts for accommodation and related agreements to be entered into between this House and the Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not provided herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
2.  In the case when the House has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph.

 

第２条　宿泊契約の申込み

1. 当館に宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を当館に申し出ていただきます。
   (1) 宿泊者名及び宿泊者のご連絡先
   (2) 宿泊日及び到着予定時刻
   (3) 宿泊料金(原則として別表第１の基本宿泊料による)
   (4) その他当館が必要と認める事項
2. 宿泊客が、宿泊中に前項第2号の宿泊日を超えて宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合、当館は、その申し出がなされた時点で新たな宿泊契約の申し込みがあったものとして処理します。

Article 2. Application for Accommodation Contract

1. A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the House shall notify the House of the following particulars:
   (1) Name of the Guest(s) and contact(s);
   (2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival;
   (3) Accommodation charges (based in principle on the Basic Accommodation Charges listed in the Attached Table No. 1); and
   (4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the House.
2. If Guests request to extend their stay, during their stay, beyond the date in subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made.

 

第３条　宿泊契約の成立等

1. 宿泊契約は、当館が前条の申し込みを承諾したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当館が承諾をしなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。
2. 前項の規定により宿泊契約が成立したときは、宿泊期間(3日を超えるときは3日間)の基本宿泊料を限度として当館が定める申込金を、当館が指定する日までに、お支払いいただきます。
3. 申込金は、まず、宿泊客が最終的に支払うべき宿泊料金に充当し、第6条及び第18条の規定を適用する事態が生じたときは、違約金に次いで賠償金の順序で充当し、残額があれば、第12条の規定による料金の支払いの際に返還します。
4. 第2項の申込金を同項の規定により当館が指定した日までにお支払いいただけない場合は、宿泊契約はその効力を失うものとします。ただし、申込金の支払期日を指定するに当たり、当館がその旨を宿泊客に告知した場合に限ります。

Article 3. Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.

1. A Contract for Accommodation shall be deemed to have been concluded when the House has duly accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding Article. However, the same shall not apply where it has been proved that the House has not accepted the application.
2. When a Contract for Accommodation has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Guest is requested to pay an accommodation deposit set by the House within the limits of Basic Accommodation Charges covering the Guest’s entire period of stay (3 days when the period of stay exceeds 3 days) by the date specified by the House.
3. The deposit shall be first used for the Total Accommodation Charge to be paid by the Guest, secondly for cancellation charges under Article 6 and thirdly for reparations under Article 18 as applicable. The remainder, if any, shall be refunded at the time of payment for accommodation as stated in Article 12.
4. If the Guest fails to pay the deposit by the date as stipulated in Paragraph 2, the House shall treat the Accommodation Contract as invalid. However, the same shall apply only in the case where the Guest is thus informed by the House when the period of Payment of the deposit is specified.

 

第４条　申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約

1. 前条第2項の規定にかかわらず、当館は、契約の成立後同項の申込金の支払いを要しないこととする特約に応じることがあります。
2. 宿泊契約の申し込みを承諾するに当たり、当館が前条第2項の申込金の支払いを求めなかった場合及び当該申込金の支払期日を指定しなかった場合は、前項の特約に応じたものとして取り扱います。

Article 4. Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the House may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the Contract has been concluded as stipulated in the same Paragraph.
2. In the case when the House has not requested payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the date of payment of the deposit at the time the application for an Accommodation Contract has been accepted, it shall be treated as though the House has accepted a special contract prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.

 

第５条　宿泊契約締結の拒否

1. 当館は、次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。
   (1) 宿泊の申し込みが、この約款によらないとき。
   (2) 満室(員)により客室の余裕がないとき。
   (3) 宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。
   (4) 宿泊しようとする者が、次のイからハに該当すると認められるとき。
   　　イ、暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律(平成3年法律第77号)に規定する暴力団(以下「暴力団」という。)、同条第2条第6号に規定する暴力団員(以下「暴力団員」という。)、暴力団準構成員又は暴力団関係企業・団体、総会屋、過激行動団体、その他の反社会的勢力
   　　ロ、暴力団又は暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき
   　　ハ、法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員に該当する者があるもの 　
   (5) 宿泊しようとする者が、他の宿泊客に著しい迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
   (6) 宿泊しようとする者が、伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
   (7) 宿泊に関し暴力的要求行為が行われ、又は合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
   (8) 天災、施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
   (9) 群馬県が定める旅館業法施行条例の規定する場合に該当するとき。
   (10) 当館従業員に対し、暴力的要求を行い又は合理的範囲を超える負担を要求した場合。

Article 5. Refusal of Accommodation Contracts

1. The House may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances:
   (1) When the application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
   (2) When the House is fully booked and there is no vacancy;
   (3) When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself/herself in a manner that will violate laws or act against the public order or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation;
   (4) When the Guest seeking accommodation is considered to be corresponding to the following （a）to（c).
   　　(a) The law in respect to prevention, etc. against illegal actions by gang members（1991 Law item 77）stipulated article 2 item 2（here in after referred to as “gang group”.), gang member stipulated by the same law article 2 item 6（hereinafter referred to as “gang member.”), gang group semi-regular members or gang member related persons and other antisocial forces.
   　　(b) When gang group or gang members are associates of corporations or other bodies to control business activities.
   　　(c) When a corporate body has related persons to gang members. 　
   (5) When the Guest seeking accommodation behaves extremely in a mischievous way against other guests.
   (6) When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
   (7) When the Guest sceking accommodation makes any demand as by threats of violence or assumes any other unreasonable burden with respect to the accommodation.
   (8) When the House is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities and/or other causes of force majeure.
   (9) When the case falls under prescribed in Gunma prefectural ordinance;
   (10) In the event that a violent demand is made to an employee of the House, or a demand is made to bear a burden exceeding a reasonable extent.

 

第６条　宿泊客の契約解除権

1. 宿泊客は、当館に申し出て、宿泊契約を解除することができます。
2. 当館は、宿泊客がその責めに帰すべき事由により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合(第3条第2項の規定により当館が申込金の支払期日を指定してその支払いを求めた場合であって、その支払いより前に宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときを除きます。)は、別表第2に掲げるところにより、違約金を申し受けます。ただし、当館が第4条第1項の特約に応じた場合にあっては、その特約に応じるに当たって、宿泊客が宿泊契約を解除したときの違約金支払義務について、当館が宿泊客に告知したときに限ります。
3. 当館は、宿泊客が連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の午後６時(あらかじめ到着予定時刻が明示されている場合は、その時刻を１時間経過した時刻)になっても到着しないときは、その宿泊契約は宿泊客により解除されたものとみなし処理することがあります。

Article 6. Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest

1. The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the House.
2. If the Guest has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to causes for which the Guest is liable (except in the case when the House has requested payment of the deposit during the specified period as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and the Guest has cancelled before payment), the Guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in the Attached Table No. 2. However, in the case when a special contract as prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, the same shall apply only when the Guest is informed of the obligation of payment of cancellation charges in case of cancellation by the Guest.
3. If the Guest does not appear by 6:00 p.m. of the accommodation date without advance notice (1 hours after the expected time of arrival if the House is notified), the House may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest.

 

第７条　当館の契約解除権

1. 当館は、次に掲げる場合においては、宿泊契約を解除することがあります。
   (1) 宿泊客が宿泊に関し、法令の規定、公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき、又は同行為をしたと認められるとき。
   (2) 宿泊客が次のイからハに該当すると認められるとき。
   　　イ、暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員又は暴力団関係企業・団体、総会屋、過激行動団体、その他の反社会的勢力
   　　ロ、暴力団又は暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき
   　　ハ、法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員に該当する者があるもの 　
   (3) 宿泊客が他の宿泊客に著しい迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。
   (4) 宿泊客が伝染病者であると明らかに認められるとき。
   (5) 宿泊に関し暴力的要求行為が行われ、又は合理的な範囲を超える負担を求められたとき。
   (6) 天災等不可抗力に起因する事由により宿泊させることができないとき。
   (7) 群馬県が定める旅館業法施行条例の規定する場合に該当するとき。
   (8) 寝室での寝たばこ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら、その他当館が定める利用規則の禁止事項(火災予防上必要なものに限る。)に従わないとき。
2. 当館が前項の規定に基づいて宿泊契約を解除したときは、宿泊客がいまだ提供を受けていない宿泊サービス等の料金はいただきません。

Article 7. Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the House

1. The House reserves the right to cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances. 　
   (1) When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct him/herself in a manner that contravenes the laws or acts against the public order or good morals with respect to the accommodation.
   (2) When the Guest is deemed to be（a）to（c).
   　　(a) In an “organized crime group” (hereinafter referred to as “Bouryokudan”) as stipulated in the provisions of Article 2(ii) of Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Act No. 77 of 1991), a member of Bouryokudan as stipulated in the provision of Article 2 (vi) of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as “Bouryokudan member” ), a Bouryokudan semi-regular member, an associate with Bouryokudan, or in another antisocial organization;
   　　(b) In a corporation or any other organization whose activities are governed by Bouryokudan.
   　　(c) In a corporation whose director is a member of Bouryokudan. 　
   (3) When the Guest behaves extremely in a mischievous way against other guests.
   (4) When the Guest is clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
   (5) When the Guest makes any demand as by threat of violence or assumes any other unreasonable burden with respect to the accommodation.
   (6) When the House is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities and/or other causes of force majeure.
   (7) When the case falls under prescribed in Gunma prefectural ordinance;
   (8) When the Guest does not refrain from prohibited actions stipulated in the House’s Regulations such as smoking in bed, tampering with fire-fighting equipment. (restricted to particulars deemed nesessary in over to prevent the outbreak of fires).
2. In the event that the House cancels the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the House shall not charge the Guest for any services wich he/she has not yet received in the contractual period.

 

第８条　宿泊の登録

1. 宿泊客は、宿泊日当日、当館のフロントにおいて、次の事項を登録していただきます。
　(1) 宿泊客の氏名、年令、性別、住所及び職業
　(2) 外国人にあっては、国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日
　(3) 出発日及び出発予定時刻
　(4) その他当館が必要と認める事項
2. 宿泊客が第12条の料金の支払いを、クレジットカード等通貨に代わり得る方法により行おうとするときは、あらかじめ、前項の登録時にそれらを呈示していただきます。

Article 8. Registration

1. The Guest shall register the following particulars the Front Desk of the House on the day of accommodation:
　(1) Name, age, sex, address and occupation of the Guest(s);
　(2) Nationality, passport number, port and date of entry in Japan;
　(3) Date and estimated time of departure; and
　(4) Other particulars deemed necessary by the House.
2. In the case where the Guest intends to pay his/her accommodation charges prescribed in Article 12 by any means other than Japanese currency, such as traveler’s cheque coupons or credit cards, these credentials shall be shown in advance at the time of the registration prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.

 

第９条　客室の使用時間

1. 宿泊客が当館の客室を使用できる時間は、午後３時から翌朝10時までとします。ただし、連続して宿泊する場合においては、到着日及び出発日を除き、終日使用することができます。
2. 当館は、前項の規定にかかわらず、同項に定める時間外の客室の便用に応じることがあります。この場合には次に掲げる追加料金を申し受けます。
   (1) 午後15時までは、1時間延長毎に3,000円（税サ別）
   (2) 午後15時以降は、ご1泊分の客室料金

Article 9. Time Allowed for Use of the Guest room

1. The time allowed for the Guest to use the guest room of our House shall be from 3:00p.m. till 10:00a.m. of the following morning, except when the Guest stays for more than one night in succession, in which case the Guest may use the guest room all day except the day of arrival and the day of departure.
2. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding Paragraph, there are cases where our House may accept the use of the guest room in hours other than those specified in the preceding Paragraph, in which case an additional charge will be required as specified below.
   (1) Until 15:00, 3,000 yen for each additional hour (excluding service charge and tax).
   (2) After 15:00, Guests will be charged for an additional night.

 

第10条　利用規則の遵守

1. 宿泊客は、当館内においては、当館が定めて館内に掲示した利用規則（ご利用案内、諸注意、ご案内等含む）に従っていただきます。

Article 10. Observance of House Regulations

1. The Guest shall observe the House Regulations established by the House. House Regulations and information are posted within the premises of the House.

 

第11条　営業時間

1. 当館の主な施設等の営業時間は次のとおりとし、その他の施設等の詳しい営業時間は備付けパンフレット、各所の掲示、客室内のサービスディレクトリー等で御案内いたします。
   
   フロント・キャッシャー等サービス時間：午前９時～午後５時
   
   
2. 前項の時間は、必要やむを得ない場合には臨時に変更することがあります。その場合には、適当な方法をもってお知らせします。

Article 11. Business Hours

1. The business hours of the main facilities, etc. of the House are as　follows, and those of other facilities, etc. Shall be notified in detail by brochures as provided, notices displayed in each place, service directories in guest rooms and others.
   
   Service hours of front desk, cashier’s desk, etc.
   Front service . . . . . . . . 9:00AM～5:00PM

2. Hours may be shortened or the service suspended for business reasons. The business hours specified in the preceding Paragraph are subject to temporary changes due to unavoidable causes of the House. In such a case, the Guest shall be informed by appropriate means.

 

第12条　料金の支払い

1. 宿泊者が支払うべき宿泊料金等の内訳は、別表第１に掲げるところによります。
2. 前項の宿泊料金等の支払いは、通貨又は当館が認めたクレジットカード等これに代わり得る方法により、宿泊客の出発の際又は当館が請求した時、フロントにおいて行っていただきます。
3. 当館が宿泊客に客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、宿泊客が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金は申し受けます。

Article 12. Payment of Accommodation Charges

1. The breakdown of the Accommodation charges, etc. that the Guest shall pay is as listed in the Attached Table No.1.
2. Accommodation Charges, etc. as stated in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid with Japanese currency or credit cards recognized by the House at the front desk at the time of the departure of the Guest or upon request by the House.
3. Accommodation Charges shall be paid even if the Guest voluntarily does not utilize the accommodation facilities provided for him by the House and which are at his disposal.

 

第13条　当館の責任

1. 当館は、宿泊契約及びこれに関連する契約の履行に当たり、又はそれらの不履行により宿泊客に損害を与えたときは、その損害を賠償します。ただし、それが当館の責めに帰すべき事由によるものでないときは、この限りではありません。

Article 13. Liabilities of the House

1. The House shall compensate the Guest for damage if the House has caused such damage to the Guest in the fulfillment or the nonfulfillment of the Accommodation Contract and/or related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in cases where such damage has been caused due to reasons for which the House is not liable.

 

第14条　契約した客室の提供ができないときの取扱い

1. 当館は、宿泊客に契約した客室を提供できないときは、宿泊客の了解を得て、できる限り同一の条件による他の宿泊施設をあっ旋するものとします。
2. 当館は、前項の規定にかかわらず他の宿泊施設のあっ旋ができないときは、違約金相当額の補償料を宿泊客に支払い、その補償料は損害賠償額に充当します。ただし、客室が提供できないことについて、当館の責めに帰すべき事由がないときは、補償料を支払いません。

Article 14. Handling when Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms

1. The House shall, when unable to provide contracted rooms, arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest insofar as practicable with the consent of the Guest.
2. When arrangement of other accommodation can not be made, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the House shall pay the Guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges and the compensation fee shall be applied to reparations. However, when the House cannot provide accommodation due to causes for which the House is not liable, the House will not compensate the Guest

 

第15条　寄託物等の取扱い

1. 現金並びに貴重品については、当館に備え付けのセーフティボックスをご利用ください。
2. 宿泊客が、当館内にお持込みになった物品又は現金並びに貴重品であって、当館の故意又は過失により滅失、毀損等の損害が生じたときは、当館は、その損害を賠償します。ただし、宿泊客からあらかじめ種類及び価額の明告のなかったものについては、当館に故意又は重大な過失がある場合を除き、15万円を限度として当館はその損害を賠償します。
3. 宿泊客が、当館内にお持込みになった物品又は現金並びに貴重品であって、当館の故意又は過失により滅失、毀損等の損害が生じたときは、当館は、その損害を賠償します。ただし、宿泊客からあらかじめ種類及び価額の明告のなかったものについては、当館に故意又は重大な過失がある場合を除き、15万円を限度として当館はその損害を賠償します。

Article 15. Handling of Deposited Articles

1. Please use the safe deposit box provided in the House for cash and valuables.
2. The House shall compensate the Guest for damages when loss, breakage or other damage is caused, through intent or negligence on the part of the House, to the goods, cash or valuables brought onto the premises of the House by the Guest. However, for articles of which the nature and value has not been reported in advance by the Guest, the House shall compensate the Guest up to a maximum of 150,000 yen.

 

第16条　宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管

1. 宿泊客の手荷物が、宿泊に先立って当館に到着した場合は、その到着前に当館が了解したときに限って責任をもって保管し、宿泊客がチェックインする際お渡しします。
2. 宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品が当館に置き忘れられていた場合、当館は原則として所有者からの照会の連絡を待ち、その指示を求めます。所有者の指示がない場合は、遺失物法及び所轄警察署の指示・指導に基づき処理します。現金並びに貴重品については、発券日を含め7日以内に最寄りの警察署に届け、飲食物等衛生環境を損なうものについては、速やかに処分します。
3. 前2項の場合における宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品の保管についての当館の責任は、第1項の場合にあっては前条第1項の規定に、前項の場合にあっては同条第2項の規定に準じるものとします。

Article 16. Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of Guest

1. When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the House before his/her arrival, the House shall be liable to store it only in the case when such a request has been accepted from the House. The baggage shall be handed over to the Guest at the Front Desk at the time of his/her check-in.
2. If a Guest’s baggage or personal belongings are left at the House after the guest has checked out, the House will, in principle, contact the owner of the baggage or personal belongings for instructions. In the absence of the Owner’s instructions, the House will dispose of the lost property in accordance with the Lost and Found Law and the instructions and guidance of the local police station. Cash and valuables will be reported to the nearest police station within 7 days, including the date of issue, and food, beverages, and other items that may damage the sanitary environment will be disposed of as soon as possible.
3. The House’s liability with regard to the custody of the Guest’s baggage and belongings in the case of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be assumed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1 of this Article, and with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2 of this Article.

 

第17条　駐車の責任

1. 宿泊客が当館の駐車場をご利用になる場合、車両のキーの寄託の如何にかかわらず、当館は場所をお貸しするものであって、車両の管理責任まで負うものではありません。ただし、駐車場の管理に当たり、当館の故意又は過失によって損害を与えたときは、その賠償の責めに任じます。

Article 17. Liability in Regard to Parking

1. The House shall not be liable for the custody of the vehicle of the Guest when the Guest utilizes the parking lot within the premises of the House, as it shall be regarded that the House simply offers the space for parking, whether the key of the vehicle has been deposited to the House or not. However, the House shall compensate the Guest for damage caused through intent or negligence on the part of the House in regards to the management of the parking lot.

 

第18条　宿泊客の責任

1. 宿泊客の故意又は過失により当館が損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当館に対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。

Article 18. Liability of the Guest

1. The Guest shall compensate the House for damage caused through intent or negligence on part of the Guest.

 

第19条　免責事項

1. 当館からのコンピューター通信のご利用にあたりましては、お客様ご自身の責任にて行うものといたします。コンピューター通信のご利用中にシステム障害その他の理由によりサービスが中断し、その結果利用者がいかなる損害を受けた場合においても、当館は一切の責任を負いません。また、コンピューター通信のご利用に当館が不適切と判断した行為により、当館および第三者に損害が生じた場合、その損害を賠償していただきます。

Article 19. Waiver for Computer Communication Service

1. Guests shall be liable for any use computer communication (Wi-Fi) services within the House. The House shall not be liable for any possible damages that may be caused by a systems failure or any other reasons while the computer communication (Wi-Fi) services are being used. In addition, the Guest may be required to compensate the House and third parties for any possible damages caused by the acts that we judge to be an inappropriate use of the computer communication (Wi-Fi) systems.

 

第20条　分離可能性

1. この約款その他の利用規則等の一部が法令に基づいて無効と判断された場合でも、当該部分を除く規定の有効性に影響を与えないものとします。
2. この約款その他の利用規則等の一部が、ある宿泊客との関係で無効とされ又は取り消しされた場合でも、当該宿泊客を除く宿泊客との関係に置ける有効性に影響を与えないものとします。

Article 20. Severability

1. Even if any part of these General Terms and Conditions or other rules of use, etc. is determined to be invalid in accordance with laws and regulations, the validity of the provisions excluding such part shall not be affected.
2. Even if any part of these General Terms and Conditions or other rules of use, etc. is held invalid or revoked in relation to a certain guest, the validity of the provisions in relation to all guests other than the said guest shall not be affected.

 

第21条　準拠法

1. The validity, interpretation and performance of these General Terms and Conditions and other usage rules, etc. shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

果樹園グランピングヴィラHARASAWAでは、お客さまに安全かつ快適にご利用いただくため、宿泊約款第 10 条に基づき次の通り利用規則を定めておりますので、ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
この規則をお守りいただけないときは、やむを得ずご宿泊ならびに当施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、かつ当ホテルが被った損害の負担をいただく事もございますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the following rules of use in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement at the Orchard Glamping Villa Harasawa.
If you fail to abide by these rules, we may have no choice but to refuse your stay or use of our facilities, and you may be held liable for any damages incurred by us.

 

１ 客室ご利用について

• 火災予防ならびに改正健康増進法の改正によって当館は全室禁煙となっております。館内での喫煙行為、もしくは喫煙の形跡（臭いだけも含む）を発見した場合、理由の如何に問わず、特別清掃代ならびに臭いが抜けるまでの販売停止損害費用として５０，０００円をご請求致します。室内では絶対に喫煙されない様、お願い申し上げます。
• 火災予防上、室内への火器の持ち込みや使用等（当館に備え付けのものを除き）、火災の原因となる行為をなさらないでください。
• 消防用設備等には、非常の場合以外はお手を触れないでください。
• 保安上、ご在室中や特にご就寝の際には、内鍵とドアガードをおかけください。
• 来訪者のあった時は、不用意に開扉なさらずご確認ください。万一、不審者と思われる場合は直ちにインターフォンでご連絡ください。
• 訪問客との室内でのご面会はご遠慮ください。
• 宿泊登録者以外のご宿泊は固くお断りいたします。当日宿泊人数が増えた場合には当館にお知らせください。
• 長期のご宿泊利用により、居住に関する法律上の権利が発生するものではないことをご了承ください。
• 未成年者のみのご宿泊は、保護者の許可のない限り、お断りいたします。また、小学生以下のお子様のみでの客室の使用もお断り致します。
• 心身耗弱、薬物、飲酒等により理性を失うなどして、他のお客様に迷惑と不安をおよぼすご利用者の客室使用もご遠慮ください。
• 客室を営業行為・事務所・パーティ等、宿泊以外の目的のご使用を禁止します。
• 避難経路図は、客室入り口ドアの裏側に掲示してありますのでご確認ください。
• ご滞在中お部屋からおでかけの際は、客室の鍵をかならずお持ちになり施錠をご確認ください。(当館は自動施錠になっております。)

 

1 About the use of guest rooms

・In accordance with the revision of the Fire Prevention and Health Promotion Law, smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the hotel. If you smoke in the accommodation, or if we find any evidence of smoking (including only the smell), regardless of the reason, we will charge you 50,000 yen for special cleaning and for the cost of stopping sales until the smell is removed. ・For fire prevention, please do not bring or use firearms into the room (except for those provided in the hotel), or do anything that may cause a fire.
・Please do not touch fire-fighting equipment, etc. unless it is an emergency.
・For security reasons, please put on the internal lock and door guard when you are in the room and especially when you are sleeping.
・When you have a visitor, please do not carelessly open the door. If you suspect a suspicious person, please notify us immediately via the intercom.
・Please refrain from meeting visitors in the room.
・We strictly forbid anyone other than registered guests to stay at the accommodation. If the number of guests increases on the day of your stay, please notify the hotel.
・Please note that the use of long-term accommodations does not create any legal rights related to residency.
・Minors only are not allowed to stay at the hotel without the permission of their parents or guardians. Children of elementary school age and younger are also not permitted to occupy a guest room alone.
・Please refrain from using your room if you are mentally or physically weak, or if you have lost control of yourself due to drugs or alcohol consumption, etc., or if you are a nuisance or cause anxiety to other guests.
・The use of guest rooms for business activities, offices, parties, or any other purposes other than lodging is prohibited.
・Please check the evacuation route map posted on the back of the room entrance door.
・When leaving your room during your stay, please make sure to have your room key with you and confirm that the door is locked. (The accommodation has automatic locks.)

 

２ お支払い等について

• 料金の支払いは、日本円通貨またはクレジットカードのみの取り扱いとなります。なお、原則ご到着時またはご予約時に、ご契約内容にて当ホテルが請求したとき、お支払いいただきます。また、ご滞在中でも都合により会計をお願いする場合がありますので、そのつどお支払いください。
• ご到着時にお預かり金を申し受ける事がございますので、予めご了承ください。
• 法定の税金の他、サービス料として 10％を加算させていただいておりますので、お心付け等はご辞退申し上げます。

 

2 Payment, etc.

・Payment of fees is accepted only in Japanese Yen currency or by credit card. In principle, payment is due upon arrival or at the time of reservation, when the accommodation charges the guest according to the contract. In addition, we may ask you to pay the bill even during your stay, depending on the circumstances.
・Please note that a deposit may be required upon arrival.
・In addition to the statutory taxes, a 10% service charge will be added to your bill.

 

３ 貴重品、荷物の預かり、お忘れ物の取り扱いについて

• ご滞在中の貴重品の保管については、客室に備え付けのセーフティーボックスをご利用ください。当館では貴重品の貸金庫等のサービスはございませんので、万一紛失、減失、盗難等が発生した場合(客室備え付けのセーフティーボックスご利用の場合も含む)でも当館ではその責任を負いませんので予めご承知願います。
• また、原則お荷物のお預かりまたは受け渡しサービスも行っておりませんので予めご承知願います。ご到着前の当館への荷物の郵送については、この限りではありませんので予めお知らせください。
• 宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品が当館に置き忘れられていた場合、当館は原則として所有者からの照会の連絡を待ち、その指示を求めます。所有者の指示がない場合は、遺失物法及び所轄警察署の指示・指導に基づき処理します。現金並びに貴重品については、7日以内に最寄りの警察署に届け、貴重品以外の遺失物については、３か月保管後お引取りの意思がないものとして処理いたします。飲食物等衛生環境を損なうものについては、速やかに処分します。

 

3 Safekeeping of Valuables, Luggage, and Lost and Found

・Please use the safety deposit boxes provided in your room to store your valuables during your stay. The accommodation does not provide safe deposit boxes for valuables. Please note that the hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of valuables (even if you use the safe deposit box provided in your room).
・In addition, as a rule, the accommodation does not provide luggage storage or delivery service. Please inform us in advance if you wish to send your luggage to the hotel prior to your arrival.
・If a guest’s luggage or personal belongings are left unattended at the accommodation, the hotel will, as a rule, wait for the owner to contact the accommodation to inquire about it and request instructions. In the absence of the owner’s instructions, the accommodation will dispose of the lost property in accordance with the Lost and Found Law and the instructions and guidance of the local police station. Cash and valuables will be reported to the nearest police station within 7 days, and lost property other than valuables will be disposed of as if the owner has no intention of retrieving it after 3 months of storage. Food, beverages, and other items that may damage the sanitary environment will be disposed of as soon as possible.

 

４　その他お守りいただきたい事項

• 館内にて他のお客様の迷惑となるようなもの（犬、 猫、 その他の動物等）、 発火または引火性のもの、悪臭を発するもの、 その他法令で所持を禁じられている物のお持込はおやめくださいませ。
• 館内での喫煙はなさらないようお願い申し上げます。
• 敷地内で、 声高、 放歌、 喧騒な行為、 賭博、 風紀、 治安を乱すような行為、 他のお客様の迷惑となるような言動はさらないようお願い申し上げます。 特に午後２０時から深夜、 早朝にかけてご注意くださいませ。
• 当館の許可なく、 客室、 ロピー等を営業行為（展示、 広告、 宣伝、 販売等）などの他の目的にご使用にならないようお願い申し上げます。
• 館内の施設、 備品の現状を著しく変更するなど用途以外にご使用になることはおやめくださいませ。館内のすべての設備に対する器物汚損および汚損が発覚した場合には、損害を賠償していただきます。
• 風呂及び洗面所のご使用後は必ず給湯水をお止めくださいませ。もし流しっ放しで使用し続けますと、湧水を利用しているので渇水してしまう恐れがありますのでご注意願います。
• 風呂及び洗面所での薬品を用いての脱色、 髪染等はなさらないようお願い申し上げます。
• エネルギーを大切に使うため、 節電、 節水にご協力の程お願い申し上げます。

 

4 Other items to be observed

・Please refrain from bringing into the accommodation items that may disturb other guests (dogs, cats, other animals, etc.), items that are flammable or inflammable, items that emit a foul odor, or other items prohibited by law.
・Please do not smoke in the accommodation.
・Please refrain from loud singing, boisterous behavior, gambling, disturbing public morals, disturbing public safety, or behaving in a manner that disturbs other guests on the premises. Please be especially careful between 20:00 and midnight and early morning.
・Please do not use the guest rooms or lobbies for any other purposes such as business activities (display, advertisement, publicity, sales, etc.) without the permission of the accommodation.
・Please do not use the accommodation facilities or equipment for purposes other than those for which they were originally intended, such as making significant changes to their current condition. In the event that any damage or defacement is found to any of the facilities in the accommodation, the guest will be required to compensate for the damage.
・Please be sure to turn off the hot water supply after using the bathrooms and washrooms. Please note that if you leave the water running and continue to use them, the water may become dry because it is spring water.
・Please do not use chemicals to bleach or dye your hair in the bath or bathroom.
・In order to conserve energy, we ask for your cooperation in saving electricity and water.
